Available from July 2, Airtel Black offers one DTH connection and two postpaid mobile connections at Rs 998. In addition, a combination of three mobile connections and one DTH connection can be availed at Rs 1,349. Customers can get one fiber connection and two postpaid mobile connections for Rs 1,589 per month. The most expensive plan is Rs 2,099, which offers three mobile connections, a fiber connection and a DTH connection.
If you do not want to go for a fixed plan, Airtel gives you the option to bundle two or more of your services in your Airtel Black plan, but this program does not apply to Airtel prepaid connections.
Customers receiving the Airtel Black program will receive a single bill, after which they will no longer need to pay separately for their various services. In addition to these they do not have to wait for different dates to pay bills for different services. This certainly seems quite convenient. Not only that, the company also promises to provide a priority service, which will connect you to a customer care representative within 60 seconds of calling you. It also claims that Airtel Black users will never be disconnected from the TV, complaints will be resolved on a priority basis and they will be given the opportunity to visit for free.
The company will provide Extreme Box set-top-boxes to Airtel Black customers at a refundable amount of Rs 1,500.
Under the new program, customers will be able to bundle any two or more Airtel services by making a missed call to Airtel Black Fixed Plan at 8826655555 or as per their choice. Airtel is also offering the opportunity to be a part of this program directly through the Airtel Thanks app. Also, customers can visit their nearest Airtel store to get the Airtel Black program.
