The LG Wing smartphone will be launched in India on October 28, for which the company has started sending out media invoices. The company’s poster features a new hashtag #Explore, which makes the company look like its new LG Wing Smartphones can present. This virtual event will start at 11.30am. Speaking of color options, this phone will be available in Aurora Gray and Illusion Sky colors.

The LG Wing has a hinge that allows it to rotate on the main screen using dual springs and dual locks with hydraulic dampers. The company used thermoplastic polyoxymethylene behind the primary screen.

Due to the new form factor the user now has basic mode and swivel mode. Regarding the Swivel mode, the company says that the front of the phone rotates perfectly at 90 degrees. After which the main screen enters landscape mode. It provides a wide screen experience. Now users can watch videos on the primary screen and do more on the second screen. Wing has partnered with LG YouTube and Tubi to play videos on smartphones.

The LG Wing smartphone comes with multi-app features. With it, users can create shortcuts to pairs of applications that want to be applied simultaneously to the secondary screen with the help of the primary. The smartphone comes with a grip lock which, once enabled, will act as a secondary screen grip.

Speaking of specifications, the dual SIM LG Wing runs on Q OS based on Android 10. It has a 6.8-inch Full-HD + (1,080×2,460 pixels) P-Oil full view panel. This is the primary screen. The secondary screen is 3.9 inches. This is a full-HD + (1,080×1,240 pixels) G-oiled panel. The initial screen has a ratio of 20.5: 9. The pixel density is 395 ppi.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor is used in the LG Wing. 8 GB RAM is provided for pairing. The smartphone has a triple rear camera setup. The primary camera is 64 megapixels with f / 1.8 aperture. The secondary camera is 13 megapixels, with f / 1.9 ultra wide angle lens. Outside of that a third camera of 12 megapixels has been given. It has a hexa motion stabilizer. Due to the dual ultra-wide angle lens, the LG wing features a gimbal motion camera.

The LG Wing has a 32-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calling, with an f / 1.9 lens.

The LG Wing has two options for built-in storage – 128GB and 256GB. Both variants will support microSD cards up to 2TB. Connection features include 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS / A-GPS and USB Type-C port. The smartphone is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

LG has given this phone a 4,000 mAh battery. This fast charge supports 4.0+ 25W fast charging.
