
Facebook also works on live phones
Following this announcement, Facebook will be available to work on custom co-operating systems such as third-party apps. Even before that, external apps on these national phones have found a place in handsets. Earlier, a startup feature in California stopped talking to WhatsApp on the phone that WhatsApp, Facebook is not possible in such a handset.
Geo Director Akash Ambani said, “The Geo phone is the world’s largest smartphone, built with technology to move from feature phones to smartphones. According to IDC’s quarterly mobile tracker report, the Geo phone was India’s best-selling feature phone in the fourth quarter of 2017. According to IDC, Reliance Industries also saw the highest number of feature phone sales in the same quarter.
Live phone specification
A SIM Geophone has a 2.4-inch QWVGA (240×320 pixels) display. It uses a 1.2 GHz Spreadtrum SPRD 9820A / QC8905 dual core processor. Mali-400 GPU integrated. It also has 512 MB RAM. Inbuilt storage is 4GB and you will be able to use a microSD card up to 128GB.
The back of the phone has a 2 megapixel camera. And the front panel has a VGA camera. Geophone battery 2000 mAh. It is claimed to have talktime of up to 12 hours and standby time of 15 days. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi, NFC, FM radio, GPS and USB 2.0 support.
