What is Geo Sarthi?
Jio Sarathi will provide step-by-step information to the assistant user during the reorder process. This assistant will provide you with information on where to enter payment details like credit or debit card etc. Initially Geo Sarathi Assistant is available only in English and Hindi languages. Reliance Jio will later release it for 12 regional languages. However, this feature is not currently available in the My Geo app for access.
How to use Geo Sarthi
It is hoped that Jio Sarathi Assistant will be available for use in the Mizio app before the end of the day. To use this new feature, the latest version of the MyGeo application must be installed on the user’s phone. As soon as the user clicks on the recharge button, the assistant app will appear as a floating icon.
Users need to click on the icon to get voice based directions. During the recharge process, Geo Sarathi Assistant will guide you as well as help you choose the appropriate recharge plan and then you will be able to pay for the selected plan. This will provide you with detailed payment identification and important information on where to enter the credit or debit card number, so that you do not run into any problems.
