Fido today announced the Fido X Electric Bike via its Twitter channel, adding that the electric cycle will be available for pre-sale on Indigogo from July 13. There are two variants in total, the standard Fido X is priced at Rs 1,099 (approximately Rs 72,000) and the light model Fido X Lite will sell for $ 699 (approximately Rs 67 67,000).
Gizmochinar Report The X series folding e-bike is said to be an upgrade over the Fido D11 folding e-bike, and the newer models bring several upgrades and design enhancements over the previous model. The top speed of Fido X is 25km / h. Both models are equipped with a magnesium frame, which makes it light and compact. Both models get a 7-speed transmission due to which its speed can be changed. They both get a seatpost-integrated battery pack that helps the ideal model achieve 130km and the light model up to .0km, respectively. In addition to power, some other features of both models are also different, such as the light model gets mechanical disc brakes and the standard X model gets hydraulic disc brakes system.
Fido’s lineup includes a wide range of electric bicycles, electric scooters and electric C-scooters. The China-based company is also expanding its footprint in the world market. However, no official information has been given as to whether it will bring its products to India.
