The Google Maps Go app has arrived on the Google Play Store


Within days of launch, the Google Maps Go app is available for download from the Google Play Store. At a recent event in New Delhi, Google launched Android Orio (Go version). Android Orio is an operating system that has been launched for smartphones ranging from 512 MB to 1 GB of RAM. The new Google Maps Go is part of a series of light apps (with less storage) designed for such applications.

Before Google Maps Go, File Go and the Google Go app are available for download on the Play Store. According to Google, work is also underway on Google Assistant and the lightweight Geo variant of Gmail.

The new Google Maps Go is only available exclusively for Android phones. This application is only available for smartphones with Android 4.1 or higher and 1GB RAM. Unlike FileGo, the MapGo app is available for more RAM-enabled phones. Like other apps, Maps Go, Gmail Go can be accessed from the Play Store on phones with less RAM.

Android Police Report According to this application, it is a shortcut to the progressive web app (PWA) version of Google Maps. By accessing this map go version on mobile, all the features can be used like the original app. This includes information about your location, directions and car, public transport and walking. The app comes with support from 70 countries and claims to take up less storage on its phone.
