WhatsApp users will soon be able to run accounts on all four devices

Soon you will be able to use your WhatsApp account on all four devices simultaneously. A screenshot has been shared on Twitter, giving a glimpse of this new feature. However, this feature is still being developed and has not yet been released for beta testing. Multi-device support on WhatsApp has been buzzing for some time. Evidence of activating WhatsApp accounts on multiple devices has also been seen in recent beta versions.

According to a tweet posted by WhatsApp Beta Tracker Wabetainfo, WhatsApp is working on a feature to run the same WhatsApp account on four devices at the same time. The screenshot shared with Tweet suggests that the app will use a Wi-Fi connection to sync data across four or more devices. However, WhatsApp can pick mobile data for users who do not have a Wi-Fi connection but want to use the same account on multiple devices.

WhatsApp currently does not allow users to connect the same account to multiple devices at once. In addition, the app does not support two WhatsApp accounts on one device. However, some Android phones have dual app support to enable access to two apps.

WABetaInfo has made it clear that the new feature is still being developed. This means it is not part of any recent beta version and is probably limited to any internal testing.
