WhatsApp will no longer ‘tease’ videos and photos from here

WhatsApp Android now has media visibility feature, which can be applied to any specific chat. This is part of a feature released last month in the old WhatsApp beta, which was not in the latest version of the app. This feature will prevent users from accessing WhatsApp’s media content in the gallery. Earlier this month, the new beta version of WhatsApp Android featured labeled forward messages. The Facebook-owned company recently began supporting group video and voice calling, which will benefit Android beta users.

Last time, where the Media Visibility setting was found in the Data and Storage Usage settings, it has now been moved to ‘Contact Information’ and ‘Group Information’. This means that media files sent from a single contact can also be hidden. To do this, the user has to go to the contact information and the media contact – remember no tap of this contact, the media visibility contact and the group will already have a default by default.

Earlier, the Media Visual feature gave the ‘Hide’ and ‘Show’ option to all contacts at the same time until it was released in beta version 2.18.194 of WhatsApp. However, WhatsApp has silently removed it to previous versions.

According to a report by Webinfor, the Media Visibility feature is available for WhatsApp beta version 2.1118.194, an updated version of WhatsApp Beta can be downloaded under the Live is Google Play Beta program. APK files can also be downloaded from APK Mirror.
